Ben McTaggart is an Accredited Specialist in Business Law (AccS(Bus)) and a highly regarded corporate and commercial lawyer. His practice spans mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity investment, angel/seed/start-up advisory, secured lending and borrowing transactions, and a wide range of general commercial matters.

Ben brings substantial international experience to the table, having practiced with top-tier firms in Australia, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand.
