About

Siobhan joined McTaggart Grant Lawyers as Office Administrator in 2024, bringing with her over two decades of experience in administration, operations, and office management across both the legal and education sectors.

Prior to joining McTaggart Grant, Siobhan served as Operations Manager at a Gold Coast-based education and migration services firm, where she played a pivotal leadership role. Her experience includes managing multidisciplinary teams, designing and implementing business systems and workflows, leading recruitment and induction, and coordinating marketing content.

Siobhan’s deep understanding of CRM systems, business process optimisation, and staff development ensures our office runs smoothly and our clients receive a consistently high standard of service. Her collaborative approach and strong communication skills make her an integral part of the McTaggart Grant team..

Education

Siobhan holds a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and Practice from Victoria University and a suite of professional diplomas including Business, Leadership & Management, and Human Resources. She also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Level 3 Award in Delivering Learning from City & Guilds.

Community

Outside of work, Siobhan enjoys camping, reading, DIY projects, and music. She values time spent outdoors and brings the same hands-on, solutions-oriented energy to both her personal and professional life.
