About
Soren Zwolsman is a law student at Griffith University, currently in his penultimate year of a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), and an integral member of the team at McTaggart Grant Lawyers, supporting both the firm’s commercial and property practices.
Soren graduated high school in the top 1% of students, achieving an Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) of 99.1, and has continued to demonstrate exceptional academic performance throughout his legal studies. He was awarded the Griffith Award for Academic Excellence in both 2024 and 2025 and is a member of Griffith University’s Student Academy of Excellence, recognising high-performing students across the university.
At McTaggart Grant Lawyers, Soren assists the team with legal research, transaction support, document preparation and matter management, contributing to a wide range of commercial and property matters.
Community
Outside of his studies, Soren previously competed at a high level in both swimming and surf lifesaving, achieving state and national medals before transitioning his focus to his academic and professional development in law. He is also actively involved with the Griffith University Law Association, supporting student initiatives and engagement within the law school community.
