Since her admission in 2020, Brooke has specialised in commercial and retail leasing, large scale business sales and acquisitions, off the plan contracts, and commercial and residential conveyancing. Working with a diverse range of clients, including large corporations, SMEs, and individuals, Brooke has consistently achieved outstanding results and always prioritises her clients’ best interests. Her ability to explain complex legal matters in a simple and approachable manner ensures that her clients are well-informed and empowered to make confident decisions.
Brooke joins the team with a unique perspective gained from her time as Legal Counsel for a national food and beverage company. In this role, she focused on various areas of commercial and property law such as franchising, retail leasing, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance.
