About

Brooke joined McTaggart Grant Lawyers in July 2023.

Since Brooke’s admission in 2020, she has practiced predominately in property and commercial law gaining extensive knowledge in commercial and retail leasing, large scale business sales and acquisitions, off the plan contracts and commercial and residential conveyancing. Brooke has worked with large corporations, SMEs, and individuals, always with a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients. Her ability to communicate complex legal matters in an approachable manner ensures that her clients are well-informed and confident in their decisions.

In addition to her private practice background, Brooke has a unique perspective gained from her time as Legal Counsel for a national food and beverage company. In this role, she focused on various areas of commercial and property law such as franchising, retail leasing, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance.

Education

Brooke received an Excellence Scholarship to study at Bond University and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws with first-class honours. Brooke received her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Bond University.

Community

Outside of work, you will often find Brooke unwinding with a post work pilates class. Brooke is also an active member of the legal community.
