Nexacu is one of Australia’s leading providers of instructor-led Microsoft Application training courses, with clients spanning governmental, education and commercial sectors. The transaction, which closed on 10 October 2022, involved the sale of 100% of the issued share capital of Nexacu Holdings Pty Ltd to EdventureCo Pty Ltd to create a highly complementary and deeply integrated platform for delivery of digital skills training.
The acquisition of this well-established business allows EdventureCo to leverage Nexacu’s extensive portfolio of end-user courses to an existing enterprise sales infrastructure and boost its training pool to more than 30,000 students per year on a national basis.
