Jesiah is an early career lawyer with experience spanning the full-spectrum of corporate and commercial law, including mergers & acquisitions, business acquisitions and disposals, commercial contracts, commercial conveyancing and commercial & retail shop leasing.

Jesiah has substantial experience in drafting commercial contracts, reviewing and providing advice on commercial contract agreements and end-to-commercial real estate conveyances. 

Jesiah is a strong believer that a client’s commercial goals should always be the driving force of a transaction and he has a passion for providing holistic legal advice that recognises there is more to a commercial negotiation than just the immediate legal issues at play. 

Education

Jesiah has Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in Japanese Language and Politics and International Studies from Griffith University.

Community

Outside of work, Jesiah is usually honing his Japanese language skills, enjoying the Gold Coast’s rich breadth of bars and restaurants, or watching Australia succeed in international sport (particularly cricket).
